While Rachel doesn't have certifications yet, she’s always looking to expand her knowledge and is currently interested in getting certified in herbalism and becoming a notary.Outside of work, Rachel enjoys being outdoors—whether it’s hunting, hiking, or gardening. She also has a creative side, loving activities like candle making, rehabbing wood furniture, and working on various DIY projects.Rachel’s favorite part of her job is seeing the progress of the kids she works with. Family is incredibly important to Kristen, and she has two daughters—ages 12 and 5 (almost 6). Most weekends are spent at cheer-related activities for her 12-year-old!
